Today's Machine Tool Delivery!

Today's Machine Delivery is happening Now! Our customer, Swiger Coil Systems needed a solid gear-head lathe and went with the ACER DYNAMIC 2460G.

Mike Rossi, our founder, met the machine at Swiger Coil Systems this morning to oversee the unloading and placement of the machine!


Today's Machine Tool Delivery!

Today's Machine Tool Delivery is the ACER Dynamic 2460G lathe is a high -speed precision gear head lathe that will get the job done!   • 4-1/11 Spindle Bore with D-1 Cam Lock.

  • 15HP Motor- 3 phase.

  • 12 Spindle Speeds: 25 1,200 RPM

  • Hardened and Ground Meehanite Casting Bedway.

  • Hardened and Ground Gears and Shafts.

  • Headstock equipped with Magnetic Clutch and Electric Brake.

  • Rapid Traverse Crossfeed and Carriage.









This gear-head lathe comes with standard accessories:

  1. 20" Four Jaw Chuck

Unwrapped, Placed, We begin Leveling the Machine:

The ACER Dynamic 2460G is a High Speed Precision Gear Head Lathe.

Once we are sure that the machine is safely placed in its spot on the production floor, we begin the leveling process. Did you know that machine tools should always be leveled for the highest productivity? Taking time to really level a machine starts with a rough level. The final leveling comes when we have finished the installation, including the digital readout system that this customer chose.
