Acu-Rite Solutions is one of our oldest distributorships. We understand these systems, using them for years in our rebuilt machine tools, repairs and upgrades. There is quality baked right into the Acu-Rite product lines and that is why we offer them. We carry both a Heidenhain distributorship and an Acu-Rite Solutions distributorship because of our high skills, knowledge and customer service that we offer our customers. Not everyone can have both distributorships, but Mike Rossi's vast knowledge of machine tools makes him a great distributor, knowing which of product in these two powerful lines to offer his customers. Equally important is our ACER Machine Tool Dealership. We chose ACER for their quality and price point. They simply compete very ,very well against a new (and very expensive) Bridgeport mill. We have sold ACER for over 28 years and stand behind their quality.

Having rebuilt many a mill over the years, Mike will tell you that a machine tool's build, starting with the solid castings is very important. ACER does a great job of building a mill for every need. From the smallest 3VS to their largest 6VK ,ACER has you covered. We make it our mission to help you to decide what machine tool you need to get the job done.

Pictured is a mill that we placed some years ago in a shop near Canton, Ohio. The customer needed the milling space that the 5VK offered for their parts but they needed more height.

Working with Mike, he suggested a riser to add the needed height for these parts. The customer used this mill as a second machine operation to mill parts and free up the CNC machine to do the more intricate parts. Solutions are our specialty.

ACER CNC MILLPWRs are great teaching tools for CNC in schools.

Many schools like the G2 for teaching CNC. The control has so many operations, teaches CNC and does not take up space like a CNC machine tool machining center.
