• Automatic shifting of spindle speed through pneumatic gear shift programable by M code.

• Spindle speed programable by S code

• 3-point precision bearing support on spindle with two opposed taper roller bearings and rear ball bearing

• American Standard ASA A2-11 spindle nose with 6” (152mm)spindle bore.

• High precision preloaded re-circulating ball screws on X and Z axes

• All gears are chrome-moly steel, hardened and Reishauer-ground for accuracy and noise elimination

• Cross slide ways are induction hardened, ground and furnished with Turcite B anti-friction bearing material

• Fanuc Control.
