The ACER ATM 1054-II is a rigid head , 12 tool auto tool changer that is the Carousel Type. We recently had a repeat sale from a great customer located in Wooster, Ohio.

The "FAGOR" 8055i/FL-MC 3 Axis CNC Control is a long favorite of ACERs because frankly it gets the job done right. The customer went with 3 Axis but this machine can come with a 4th Axis, which makes it more versatile. We consider FAGOR to have a great product line and we are an authorized distributor for them, selling their complete lines here at Rossi Machinery Services, Inc.
This Bed Mill has AC Servo Motors on the machine, an Auto Lube System, and Class C5 Ball Screws and a Double-End Thrust Bearing Set.
The 7.5 HP Inverter Duty Spindle Motor is strong enough for their precision work. The ATM 1054-II also comes with a Fuji Frequency Inverter, Infinite 0~6000 RPM Spindle. The Precision 4.72 Diameter Quill is Chromed.
This machine comes Standard Voltage 220V 3 PH. But there are upgrades available. The X, Y, and Z travels 31.5" x 20" x 20.87" with a Maximum load capacity on the table of 1,320 lbs.
For shipping this machine has a Net Weight of 5,896 lbs. We are always able to find great shipping rates due to our many machine lines. Remember, too, that ACER often offers their

In addition, this customer went through the optional equipment and chose their add-ons. This is a nice feature since your not locked in on buying features that you don't need. In their case, they went with a Table Guard, Chip Pan and Rear Splash Guard Set (Left and Right).
They also received package pricing on the Programmable Spindle RPM, Manual Pulse Generator, A Remote Start/Stop Switch, and a Home & Fixture Offset.
