About Fagor's Prokits
Fagor Automation provides high quality, high accuracy, state-of-the-art DRO’s and precision optical linear encoders for all types of conventional machine tools. From standard VKM’s & Toolroom Lathes to large VTL’s, Boring Mills and Engine Lathes.
PROKIT DRO Systems are designed to be a complete and easy solution for a broad variety of machine tool applications. Each PROKIT includes an Advanced Digital Readout as well as the precision scales with armored plug-n-play cable assemblies, plus a DRO arm and a bracketry kit specifically designed for the Machine Type and axes travels. For added simplicity, most PROKIT Systems can be packaged together within a single box.
Each PROKIT is available with either the 20i Innova Digital Readout or the 40i True Vision Digital Readout. The 20i DRO offers a value combination of features and price, while the 40i True Vision is provided with a high resolutions LCD TFT Color Screen as well as a host of advanced productivity features including Intuitive graphic help screens, solid graphics, audio alarms and much more, all as standard. Every PROKIT is provided with Fagor Automation’s precision linear encoders that offer guaranteed accuracy. Travels range from as little as a few inches to 100 feet and are offered in a wide variety of resolutions including incremental or absolute protocols. In most applications, the resolution is selectable by the customer at the keyboard. In addition, every single Fagor scale is subjected to an extensive final accuracy test. This quality control is executed utilizing a computerized measuring bench equipped with a laser interferometer located inside a climate controlled chamber at a constant temperature. The resulting test is included in your package with every scale as your Accuracy Certificate.
