ACER E-MILL 3VS & 3VS-II™

The 3VS & 3VS-II E-Mill :

3VS-II: 9" x 49" table
3VS: 9" x 42" table.

Most customers like the larger table on the 3VS-II the price variation between these two models is minimal and mot like the 3VS-II. Both models have a table load capacity of 750 lbs. (341kgs).

The ACER E-Mill 5VK also comes with a choice of 10" x 50" table or the 10" x 54" table. Most of the features are the same as the 3VKH, but the travel and other features are slightly different.

ACER 6VK E-MILL™

The ACER 6VK E-Mill offers a table size of 11 4/5" x 59" table.

The heavy construction main body is made from Meehanite casting, weight 4960 lbs.
Machine comes with heavy duty extra wide box way for crossfeed and kneefeed.
The saddle and table are hardened elaborately ground.
For long-lasitng accuracy and smooth operation, “Tekslide” is applied to the surface of the X and Y slideways.
Acer’s advanced E-mill 5VK Head with inverter elctronic variable speed.
Machine provides large working table, 59″ x 11-4/5″ with extensive travel 47″ x 15″. It is the largest in its class!
Machine can run both single and three phase 220V without using phase converter.
