These 5 -Axis Simultaneous CNC machining centers come with an articulating spindle.

Great for Aerospace, Automotive and Energy Industries, these machine tools come with 360° of rotation and 200° of spindle tilt. The Fryer 5X Series features the German-made Kessler tilting/rotary head that provides the 360° of rotation and the 200° of spindle tilt

These machines feature high power torque motors and Heidenhain glass scales, ensuring you the finest of performances. We suggest them for applications where rotating the part is not practical. It comes in travel sizes of 60" to 160" and features the full 5 Axis Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control or FANUC 31i B5 CNC controls. It has a 40 tool high speed, twin arm ATC. These machines have excellent accessibility for crane loading. They have 5 arc second rotary accuracy. The high torque 55PH, 15,000 HP spindle

FRYER'S 5 AXIS CNC MACHINE w/TILTING SPINDLE

SX SERIES

The Fryer SX Series 5 Axis Machining Centers feature a swivel head that moves +/- 110°.

The machine has a 40 tool high speed twin arm ATC, 18,000 RPM spindle, 40 HP motorized spindle and fast 1,200 IPM rapids.

It is available with a flush mounted 24” or 30” (SX-80) rotary table or a table mounted 12” rotary table. It has Roller Cam zero backlash rotary head.

Full 5 axis contouring with either the Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC or the Fanuc 31i B5 CNC.
