CNC Cylindrical Grinders
The CNC Cylindrical Grinders from Palmary, come with Advanced Design Concepts and Peak Performances.

OCD SERIES FEATURES:

The Newly developed EXTOMAX breaks through the original limited design of medium-and small-sized machine tools.

This series features a re-enforced structure, low gravity and high rigidity machine base, made of Meehanite cast iron through annealing and aging treatment, incorporated into a no-deformation and precise machine body.

It has longitudinal and traverse sliding tables, with enlarged overall stride and rail way width, precision sides, coupling with hydrostatic structure, light and steady movement of the sliding table, repeated precision reaching upt to µ level.

The grinding wheel spindle is designed with hydrostatic bearings, free of metal friction and thermal deformation, allowing smooth operation of tne spindle within the oil film.

The workhead and tailstock are specially designed for heavy duty work, its high rigidity structure design which increases the overall load capacity. The workhead is driven by a servo motor, providing step-less variable speed changes.

The OCD series features a direct drive hydraulic tailstock with Micro-adjustment. This tailstock is equipped with hydraulic and stopper for easy operation. It also features horizontal air bearing designed for easy displacement, reducing friction and increasing longevity.
