​Our skills date back to our apprenticeship program where we learned the skills to rebuild to the machine's geometry, bringing it back to its new machine tolerances that the machine builder intended.

Often times a customer will want to do a partial rebuild on their machine.  Here is a picture (Left) of Turcite replacement on a G & L. 

Large or small our rebuilding skills are unsurpassed in quality. Did you know that   Turcite is a great material for rebuilding but cannot be used exclusively?

ACER MACHINE TOOLS:

When asked how we can get a quality mill without all the cost, we recommend ACER.
