The Value of a GREAT Customer.

   There's no better compliment to ones' work, both sales and services ,than a long-time valued customer who places their trust in you! It is our goal to have each customer to know that we want your trust, you business and we will follow our products, even after the sale!  

      Pictured to the right is one of our first customers who dates back to our part-time days in the 80's.  Nemes Machine Company is a excellent machine shop servicing many different customers- check them out. They are located on Evans Ave. in Akron, Ohio.

   Looking for an excellent, worry-free machining center to up his capabilities, Joe Nemes approached us about our new Takumi machine tool line. Takumi machine tools sell themselves, but Mike Rossi who cut his teeth on rebuilding knows machine tools so his input and expertise about what machine will work the best made Joe Nemes' decision easy.  And he likes that we do follow-up on all we sell.  It's not one and done for us.

​My small business recently purchased an Acer E-mill 3VK with an Acu-rite 3 axis CNC controller.
Prior to making the purchase I went to Rossi Machine to talk with them as I had a lot of questions.
I have never purchased a new machine before. The Rossi’s took the time to answer all of my questions and we spent a couple of hours just talking machining.
I soon became confident that these folks know their products and how to service them. I felt that these were folks that I could put my trust in.
   My new machine arrived and went into service without any problems. Our labor input for our parts were cut by about 60%. 

After the machine was in service about a month a warranty issue popped up. I called Mike Rossi and he came to the shop in a little over one hour. He quickly located the problem with the controller. My machine was repaired and back in service with minimal down time.
