Push-in Foam Plugs (B) offer the no-roll down convenience of premolded plugs with exceptional comfort of a foam plug. Premolded Reusable Plugs (C) are made from flexible materials that are performed to fit the ear. They are generally available with a joining cord. Banded Earplugs (D), also called canal caps, consist of pods or flexible tips on a lightweight headband. Because they are easy to put on, they are ideal for use in and out of noisy environments. Flat Attenuating Earplugs and Earmuffs (E) Passive hearing protectors that are engineered to enhance communication. Products allow for the "voice" level frequencies to be heard. Earmuffs (F) have rigid cups with soft plastic cushions that seal around the ears to block noise. For very loud noises, wear muffs and plugs together for approximately an additional 5 dB of protection. Electronic Earmuffs (G) incorporate music listening, and high level noise suppression.
