5-Axis with Rotating Spindle

The Fryer 5X Series features the Kessler tilting/rotary head which provides 360° of rotation and 200° of spindle tilt. 

  • This flexible spindle solution is perfect for aerospace, automotive, and oil field industries where rotating the part is not practical.

  • Available in travel sizes of 60" to 160" & featuring full 5 axis Siemens 840D or FANUC 31iB5 CNC controls.

TR SERIES 5 AXIS
Simultaneous with Trunnion Table.

The TR Series 5-Axis machining centers feature a trunnion table that rotates 360° and tilts 110°.  

  • Features a 24 tool ATC

  • 12,000 RPM spindle,

  • 30 HP & 1200 IPM rapids.

  • The standard Siemens 2300 CNC features the ultimate in 5-Axis features & programing convenience.

  • 2-Axis trunnion table.

SX SERIES
5 Axis Simultaneous with Tilting Spindle.

The Fryer SX Series 5 Machining Centers feature a swivel head that move +/- 110°.
 
  • The machine has a 40 tool ATC.

  • Available with a flush mounted 24" rotary table​
