​ACER BED-TYPE MILLACER BED-TYPE MILL     ACER machine tools offer affordable solutions to replacing your tired and worn out equipment.  The ACER ATM1050 Bed Mill boasts an over 4,400 lb. Meehanite casting for stability.

     It has a 10" x 50" table with a 1,320 lb. load capacity.  With generous axis travels of 27.5" in the X, 20" in the Y and 20.87" in Z. the ATM 1050 can accommodate multiple vise set ups and fixturing.

     With 23.62" from the spindle center to the column face larger work can be accomplished without multiple set ups.
To add to the robust design the ATM 1050 has a 4" Quill with a CAT 40 taper.

         The headstock can tilt 90° right and left for detailed work or core and cavity machining for the mold industry. Equipped with a manual quill and X & Y Axis hand wheels the ATM 1050 gives users the ability to operate in manual, semi CNC or full CNC mode. The various brands of conversational controllers (Acu-Rite Millpwr or FAGOR 8055i) make programming easy so even one prototype part can be done effortlessly and efficiently.
